Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website presents Celina Sharma’s Chapter 2 release. References to we, us or our in this policy mean the party responsible for operating this website.

2. Scope

This policy explains how the Chapter 2 website handles information when you visit the site or follow links to music and social platforms.

The current website is a static release page. It does not offer accounts, purchases, forms, mailing list signup or embedded media players. If those features are added, this policy must be updated before they go live.

3. Information handled on a visit

Hosting and security data

The site is hosted on Vercel. When you request a page or asset, the hosting infrastructure may process standard technical data needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the service, such as:

• IP address;
• browser and device information;
• requested URL and referring page where supplied;
• request date and time; and
• security, availability and diagnostic records.

This information is used to provide the site, keep it secure, prevent abuse and troubleshoot service problems.

Analytics and measurement

The site's first-party script places page view and outbound click objects into an in-memory browser array. After Analytics consent, Google Analytics and PostHog also receive measurement events. After Marketing consent, Meta Pixel receives advertising measurement events. These optional tools remain off before consent and after withdrawal.

Meta Pixel and Short.io

Meta Pixel is installed but loads only after Marketing consent. Selected music calls to action use branded Short.io redirects. Short.io is not loaded as a page tracker; it receives a request only when a visitor chooses one of those tracked links, then redirects the visitor to the selected music service.

4. External services and links

The site uses Vercel to host and deliver the site and Osano to record and enforce privacy choices. With the matching consent, it uses Google Analytics, PostHog and Meta Pixel. It also links to VYD/ERA, Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including selected branded Short.io redirects.

Typefaces are served from the site itself; the page does not request Google Fonts.

When you choose an external link, you leave this website. The destination may collect information and use cookies under its own privacy notice and settings. We do not control those external services.

5. Purposes and legal grounds

Technical hosting and security data is processed as necessary to deliver and protect the site and, where applicable, for legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable release experience.

Osano records and enforces your choices. Google Analytics and PostHog are used only after Analytics consent. Browser-based Meta Pixel is used only after Marketing consent. The site does not use Meta's Conversions API, server-side matching or a server-side Meta dataset. Optional tools remain off when consent is denied or withdrawn, and Global Privacy Control is treated as a denial of all optional categories.

6. Sharing and international processing

Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to host, deliver, secure and diagnose the site. Providers may process data in countries other than the visitor's country. Where required, the controller will use appropriate contractual or legal transfer safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a lawful business reorganization.

7. Retention

Personal information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, legal, accounting and compliance needs. Hosting and security records follow the approved hosting and security retention settings.

Optional vendor identifiers are removed when the matching category is withdrawn where technically available. Vendor-side records already created while consent was active follow the vendor and controller retention settings.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures and sharing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection or privacy regulator.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Residents of California and certain other US states can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control to record your preference, or switch the Marketing category off in Cookie Settings. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is honored as an opt-out.

To make a request, email mktgcelinasharma@eramusic.co.uk. We may need enough information to verify your identity and the scope of the request, but will not ask for more information than reasonably needed.

9. Children

This release page is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect information directly from children. The current version has no data entry forms or account feature.

10. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the site and the information involved are used. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated when the site, vendors or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reviewed before publication and, where required, brought to visitors' attention.
